Refund and Returns Policy
All returns must be pre-approved; kindly contact us via phone or online to obtain approval before shipping the item(s).
RETURN AND REPLACEMENT
If the part received by the customer has a manufacturing fault, Salsabel Parts will replace it at no additional cost.
If the customer opts not to have it replaced, the charges paid will be credited to the customer’s account, which they can use for another transaction on the site.
If the customer chooses a refund and does not want a replacement or credit, Salsabel Parts will deduct the shipping charges, along with a 21% cancellation and handling fee.
Requirements for Returns:
Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may request to return auto parts that:
– Are in their original packaging
– Have not been used, installed, or disassembled
– Are not damaged due to improper installation
– Do not have missing parts, hardware, or instructions
Upon receiving your returned auto part(s), conducting an inspection, and verifying that the return meets the above guidelines, a return specialist will contact you to facilitate the process.
The return will be made to the original mode of payment only.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
Refund and Returns Policy Salsabel Parts will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased on this website. Additionally, we are not responsible for towing expenses, rental car expenses, or any other additional costs for any reason.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Damaged parts should be reported within 15 days of receiving the parts. Please include your Order Number in all correspondence.
SALE CANCELLATION
Please note that all orders are electronically processed and forwarded to the Auto Parts warehouse immediately upon order confirmation.read. All Refund and Returns Policy
NO ORDERS CAN BE CANCELLED AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED.
NOTE: You may be required to provide the Order Number.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order if it has not been shipped. However, Salsabel Parts reserves the right to deduct a 16% cancellation fee.

Once you have submitted your request, a returns specialist will call or email you within 48 hours (please allow additional time for weekends and holidays) with an approval and instructions on how to return your item(s).
Salsabel Parts is not responsible for items returned without proper return information (customer’s name, address, and order number) on or in the box.
